What is something people usually don’t know about you but has influenced you in who you are?

Federico -“Since childhood I always had a great passion for computer science. I was a good basketball player when I was younger, and I played 12 years in various alternative rock groups. Over time I discovered a natural interest in teaching as the result of various collaborations with schools, universities and business schools . All these experiences have influenced me as entrepreneur in ICONSULTING and in the creation of Better Decisions Forum & Academy.”

If you would not have been in your current industry / role, what would have become of you?

Federico -“Honestly I have no idea about it 🙂 … but probably I would follow my youthful passions and most likely I would have worked in the educational industry (maybe as a software developer) J.

When Iconsulting will be big enough to stand on its own legs, I hope to pursuit my other passions

What is your biggest challenge and why is it a good thing for you?

Federico -“I try to stay out of my comfort zone as much as possible to keep challenging myself to learn new things and stay current with all new technologies.”

What drives you?

Federico -“Being a lifelong learner, staying connected with family and friends, being active in my community and help educate those that will lead in the future.”

What is your biggest achievement?

Federico -“In terms of work Iconsulting is my biggest passion and my greatest achievement.

But the thing that makes me really proud has been the opportunity to work with so many talented people.

Federico -“Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” (Yuval Harari) and “Focus” (Daniel Goleman)”
